Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination. These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of our Services. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements or communications. Ambiguities in interpretation shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 18 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Section 21 — Agreement to Receive Communication

By accepting these Terms of Service, you consent to receive communications from us through various channels — in-app messages, SMS, RCS, email, promotional/marketing calls, and newsletters — relating to your registration, transactions, promotional campaigns, service updates, and relevant offers from us or our third-party partners (where applicable).

Section 22 — Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

• Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalised items take longer; if an order has both personalised and non-personalised items, it may be split, with non-personalised items delivered first.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all orders over ₹449. International orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.
• Tracking: Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS once shipped.
• Orders containing personalised or gold jewellery alongside other items may arrive in parts.

Returns

Return Policy: A 15-day, no-questions-asked return policy applies to all unused and unworn items. This does not apply to personalised jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is inspected. If you purchased from a source other than our official Website, App, or Exclusive Stores, that seller's return policy applies instead. Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable on returns.

If items are found missing from a return shipment (i.e., the customer claims to have returned more items than were actually received), we reserve the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) — including promotional items such as free gifts or silver coins — from the refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received at our warehouse, and are processed strictly at the original purchase price as stated on the invoice. Fluctuations in current product price are not factored into refund value.

Replacement & Exchange

Replacement or exchange is available under the same conditions as returns. Replacement items are shipped only after the original item has been picked up (or delivered, for gold items).

Return Process

• Initiate a return via our website, app, or Customer Support.
• Be available for reverse pick-up and respond to the delivery partner's calls — failure to do so may cause the pickup to be cancelled and the process restarted.
• For pin codes that are forward-serviceable only, you may be asked to ship the item via an alternate courier (e.g., India Post); we reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to ₹70, adjusting any excess against your refund. For fully non-serviceable pin codes, you are responsible for shipping the item to our warehouse, and ₹70 will be credited toward shipping with your refund.
• If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with a 360° unpacking video. Claims lacking sufficient evidence, or showing signs of tampering, may not be honoured — the final decision rests with the brand.

Section 23 — Additional Terms for Gold & Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) Jewellery

1. Lifetime Buy-Back (LTB) & Lifetime Exchange (LTE) — Overview

• Buy-Back: 15% deduction on overall invoice value; diamonds valued at 90% of invoice/market value (whichever is higher).
• Exchange: 7% deduction on overall invoice value; diamonds valued at 100% of invoice/market value (whichever is higher).
• Minimum Price Guarantee: Diamond valuation at the time of LTE/LTB is the higher of the original invoice value or prevailing market value, applied after original purchase discounts.

2. 15-Day Return & Exchange Window (Gold)

Exchange: Credit for gold (at prevailing market value, adjusted to 24kt purity) and diamonds/solitaires/pearls (at 100% of amount paid). Making charges and GST are deducted. Credit is applied against future orders or added to your Bansal Jewellers Wallet, subject to inspection.

Buyback: Gold valued at prevailing market rate (24kt-adjusted); diamonds/solitaires/pearls at 90% of amount paid. Making charges and GST are not refunded, and an additional 15% processing charge applies. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to inspection.

3. Deficiencies & Defects

Any missing stones, packaging, or damage found upon inspection will result in adjustments to the buyback/exchange value. In cases of significant damage, we may, at our sole discretion, decline the return — our decision is final and binding.

4. Weight Deviation

Displayed prices are based on average product weight; actual weight may vary slightly. Any resulting price difference is communicated within 48 hours of order placement, and you may cancel within 24 hours of that communication. For COD orders, full payment is collected upfront, with excess refunded or shortfall requested within 48 hours of delivery. The weight stated on the invoice is final.

5. Refund Timelines & Documentation

• Refunds take a minimum of 7–10 working days from receipt of the jewellery at our warehouse.
• The original invoice and all applicable certificates (including IGI/SGL, strictly original hard copy) are required for any return, exchange, buyback, or warranty claim. Missing documentation may make the item ineligible.
• Exchange and buyback apply only to Bansal Jewellers jewellery; items from other brands are not accepted.

6. Six-Month Warranty

A limited six-month warranty (from date of delivery) covers pre-existing damage or manufacturing defects only — not general wear and tear. We will repair the item, or, at our discretion, replace it with an item of equal value. Exclusions include damage from mishandling, negligence, impact, tampering, and loss of stones or surface-finish changes.

7. Other Gold Jewellery Terms

• Up to 2% variation in weight, dimensions, or colour against listed specifications may occur.
• All discount offers on gold jewellery apply only to diamond-studded gold pieces.
• Lifetime Plating Service on jewellery purchased in India is valid for 5 years from purchase date, covering plating issues only (not physical damage).
• 15-day returns, warranty, buyback, and exchange do not apply to gold coins.
• For orders via marketplaces or third-party/quick-commerce platforms, LTE/LTB is processed based on the final invoice value, with deductions applied; processing may take up to 1 week. Disputes are resolved at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellation

• Standard/coin orders: Cancellable anytime before delivery.
• MTO/Custom orders: Cancellable only within 24 hours of placement; after that, making charges are deducted (even under 0-making-charge offers). Custom/B2B orders in production cannot be cancelled — cancellation is limited to the making charge. Orders left uncollected in-store for over 60 days may be cancelled without prior notice, with applicable making charges recovered.
• Any gold order: Can be cancelled before or after dispatch. Before dispatch, prepaid amounts are refunded. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or accept and request a return.

15-Day Return / Exchange (Details)

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original documentation, including SGL/IGI certificates. Does not apply to personalised items or gold coins. A missing physical certificate incurs a ₹500 (incl. GST) deduction. Exchanges under this policy are limited to once per order. Wear-and-tear, third-party alterations, and mishandling damage are excluded. Nose pins cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons (LTE/LTB still applies). A full (100%) refund applies against the invoice value if returned within 15 days and eligibility conditions are met (excluding gold/diamond price and making-charge fluctuations).

One-Year Warranty (Details)

Covers proven, documented manufacturing defects on all gold products except coins — via free repair or replacement of equal SKU value (with price differences settled). Excludes wear and tear, accidental damage, third-party modification, and lost stones from misuse. If a product is out of manufacture and cannot be repaired, a wallet refund (never cash) may be issued with category-team approval, limited to the LTE or original value, whichever is higher.

Lifetime Exchange (LTE) — Details

Returns a Gold product for wallet credit (no cash refunds). Eligible items include those purchased from Bansal Jewellers with original invoice/certificate — including MTO and previously exchanged items. Gold is valued at prevailing market rate (24kt-adjusted); diamonds/stones/pearls at the higher of 100% invoice value or 100% prevailing value (less original discount). This guarantee applies to purchases within 3 years of the invoice date; beyond that, valuation is case-by-case. A 7% processing/melting fee applies on the combined gold and diamond value; making charges, certification/hallmarking charges, taxes, promo coins, and original discounts are deducted in full.

Lifetime Buyback (LTB) — Details

Returns a Gold product for a cash/bank refund (promo coins excluded). Same eligibility as LTE. Gold valued at prevailing market rate; diamonds/stones/pearls at the higher of 90% invoice value or 90% prevailing value (less original discount). A 15% processing/melting fee applies on the combined value, with making charges, certification fees, taxes, promo coins, and original discounts deducted in full. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after evaluation.

Jewellery Repair

A paid repair service available in-store for Bansal Jewellers products only, subject to factory assessment; if a piece cannot be repaired, no charge applies.

Made-to-Order (MTO) Policies

• Cancellation: Only within 24 hours of placement; after that, making charges are deducted.
• Delivery Time: Typically 17–21 calendar days, guaranteed within 28 days (own-design MTO: 28 days).
• 15-day returns: Not applicable; only LTE/LTB apply.
• Warranty & LTE/LTB: Apply as per the sections above.
• Delays: For delays under a week, remedial offers may be provided. For delays beyond a week, a full refund is available if the customer declines the offered remedy.

Bansal Jewellers Smart Purchase Plan

Detailed terms governing the Smart Purchase Plan are available in the dedicated Smart Purchase Plan section of our website. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Section 24 — Loyalty Program (Crown Rewards) & E-Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards

• Redeemable on Bansal Jewellers' online platforms and Exclusive Brand Outlets, on all products except coins, idols, and utensils.
• Orders placed using Gift Cards cannot be modified after confirmation. Valid only in India.
• Refunds on Gift Card purchases are credited to the Bansal Jewellers Wallet, not as cash.
• Delivery is generally instant, though rare system delays may take 24–48 hours.
• Gift Cards, once purchased, cannot be returned or refunded.

How to Redeem (Online)

Visit our website/app → add items to cart → enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and 6-digit PIN at checkout → choose redemption amount → complete purchase.

How to Redeem (In-Store)

Visit any Bansal Jewellers store → select your jewellery → inform staff you wish to pay with a Gift Card → provide details → complete purchase.

Crown Loyalty Rewards

• Activation: Rewards activate 15 days after your return window closes, and expire 3 months after activation.
• Crown rewards cannot be combined with other offers, are valid once per user, and eligible products/offers may vary by user.
• Jackpot Rewards: Free-product rewards must be claimed via the Bansal Jewellers App; standard shipping charges may apply; the delivered product may vary slightly from the image shown; free items are not returnable or eligible for LTE/LTB.
• Program Calculation: Only purchases within the last 2 years count toward Crown rewards; Gold/Silver Coin purchases are excluded; delivery is limited to India.
• Discount coupons specify a maximum discount amount. Refund calculations for discounted or free-milestone products deduct the applicable discount or market value of any free items, as detailed in our full policy.
• We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or restrict the Crown Program — or disqualify users for misuse or fraud — at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

The Bansal Jewellers name, logo, designs, and website content are the intellectual property of Bansal Jewellers. Using, copying, or distributing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

All product descriptions on the website are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly. Bansal Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the price of the product purchased.
